The Role
Latent Health is seeking a GTM / Business Recruiter to support the company's rapid growth in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and selected Business Operations roles. This position is based in NYC (Flatiron) and requires in-office presence as needed. Reporting to the Lead GTM Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for these roles and help shape the GTM recruiting function.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale GTM hiring
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and select Business Ops roles)
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring plans aligned with company growth goals
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and develop repeatable, multi-channel pipelines
- Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience
- Help improve interview loops, scorecards, and hiring processes
- Partner with Leadership
- Collaborate closely with GTM leaders and managers throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations
- Support headcount planning and prioritization alongside the Lead GTM Recruiter
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on candidate selection, offers, and strategy
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Champion Latent’s culture and values in every interaction
- Build authentic relationships with candidates from outreach through offer
- Ensure a transparent, high-touch, and thoughtful recruiting process
- Close top talent
- Partner with leadership on offer strategy and candidate positioning
- Navigate negotiations with clarity and credibility
