Business Program and Project Management Senior Associate

Responsibilities

  • Manage program activities, project timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
  • Facilitate PI Planning, demand planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Partner with RTEs, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to track objectives, capacity planning, and team dependencies.
  • Create and maintain Jira dashboards, workflows, boards, custom filters, and JQL reporting.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and team collaboration tools.
  • Create Power BI dashboards and executive reports utilizing data from Jira and other systems.
  • Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure alignment between program objectives and business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 6+ years of IT experience and 2+ years of Program Management experience.
  • Strong Project/Program Management and PMO experience.
  • Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Jira, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies, including PI Planning.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional programs and product development initiatives.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week.
