Responsibilities
- Manage program activities, project timelines, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
- Facilitate PI Planning, demand planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with RTEs, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to track objectives, capacity planning, and team dependencies.
- Create and maintain Jira dashboards, workflows, boards, custom filters, and JQL reporting.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and team collaboration tools.
- Create Power BI dashboards and executive reports utilizing data from Jira and other systems.
- Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure alignment between program objectives and business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 6+ years of IT experience and 2+ years of Program Management experience.
- Strong Project/Program Management and PMO experience.
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Jira, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodologies, including PI Planning.
- Experience with Power BI reporting, KPI tracking, and executive dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional programs and product development initiatives.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week.
