Senior Associate - Business Tax Services

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and advisory services for pass‑through entities, partnerships, and Asset Management clients.
• Collaborate within multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver industry‑specific expertise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
• Ensure high‑quality tax advice and service delivery.
• Contribute to external market and business activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of two years’ experience in pass‑through, partnership, or corporate tax within an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
• Strong advisory and compliance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex information.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and coordinate with client service teams.
