Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive tax compliance and strategic advice to diverse clients, including Fortune 100 companies and emerging businesses.
• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific knowledge and innovative tax solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
• Contribute to market and business development activities beyond client engagements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of two years' experience in corporate tax within an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or MST from an accredited university.
• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740.
• Excellent advisory, compliance, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple engagements and lead client service teams effectively.
