Business Process Support Consultant

We are seeking a Business Process Support Consultant to oversee and enhance global customer service processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective adoption across teams. Key Responsibilities Include Providing functional and technical expertise for order management systems such as SAP and collaborating with IT on system improvements.Leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource capacity and reduce costs through cross-functional collaboration.Managing training programs to ensure customer service team compliance and ongoing development.Analyzing data to identify process improvements, noncompliance issues, and training needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.5+ years in customer service, logistics, or related fields with experience in SAP and SFDC systems.Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills, with a self-driven attitude.Preferred: experience in healthcare, LEAN principles, and extended SAP/SFDC expertise. This role requires a hybrid working model from Alpharetta, GA, with responsibilities centered on process improvement, data analysis, system expertise, and team training to support effective customer service operations.
