Business Process Manager
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections where there is real specific content. The posting does not have explicit "About the role" heading but we can treat Overview as About the role. The Work could be part of About the role? Might combine. But we need to follow instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to these headings.
We have:
- Overview (Employment conditional, period of performance) -> could be About the role.
- The Work (description) -> could be part of About the role or maybe separate but we can include under About the role.
- Responsibilities (list) -> Responsibilities heading.
- Qualifications (list) -> Qualifications heading.
- Skills? There's "Minimum Skills Required" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could treat as Skills section. But we have Qualifications already includes skills. The instruction. Might separate Skills heading for Minimum Skills Required and Preferred Qualifications? The instruction says use Skills heading if there is content. We have Minimum Skills Required list and Preferred Qualifications list. Could combine under Skills.
- Benefits: "Our Commitment To You / Overview Of Benefits" includes benefits list. So Benefits heading.
- Pay: Not mentioned. No pay info. So we should NOT include Pay section.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit.
- Requirements: Could be same as Qualifications? Might be redundant. The instruction says use Requirements heading for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. But we already have Qualifications. Might combine Requirements and Qualifications? Probably better to have Qualifications heading for qualifications, and maybe Requirements heading for something else? There's no separate requirements besides qualifications. Could skip Requirements.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is EEO statement etc. Remove that.
Also remove "Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed..." maybe considered boilerplate? It's generic but maybe keep? It's not substantive? It's a disclaimer. Likely remove.
Also remove "Reports to: Program Manager" maybe keep as metadata? Could fold into short p.
Working Conditions: could be a section? Not in list of headings but we could treat as part of About the role or maybe a separate section like Working Conditions not in allowed headings. The instruction says use those headings only; we could embed working conditions in About the role or maybe omit. But we should preserve all substantive information. Working conditions is substantive. Could include under About the role as a paragraph.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
