Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver C-IMP White Belt and Yellow Belt training while facilitating workshops to drive consistent and strategic continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis, develop solutions for complex operational challenges, and support critical business transitions like mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze audit findings and performance metrics to identify systemic issues and improve the customer experience.
• Support the design and implementation of professional training materials and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational excellence.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and revenue generation by leveraging and applying C-IMP methodologies to key business processes.
• Utilize data analysis and advanced risk management techniques to rigorously review, evaluate, and optimize operational processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Analysts and Trainers to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
• Assist with critical business transitions, including managing data conversions, corporate acquisitions, and other large-scale organizational projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience leading improvement projects.
• C-IMP Green Belt Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience.
• Change Management experience.
• 10+ years of people leadership.
