Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver C-IMP White Belt and Yellow Belt training while facilitating workshops to drive consistent and strategic continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct root cause analysis, develop solutions for complex operational challenges, and support critical business transitions like mergers and acquisitions.
- Analyze audit findings and performance metrics to identify systemic issues and improve the customer experience.
- Support the design and implementation of professional training materials and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Deliver measurable cost savings and revenue generation by leveraging and applying C-IMP methodologies to key business processes.
- Utilize data analysis and advanced risk management techniques to rigorously review, evaluate, and optimize operational processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Analysts and Trainers to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
- Assist with critical business transitions, including managing data conversions, corporate acquisitions, and other large-scale organizational projects.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience leading improvement projects.
- C-IMP Green Belt Certification.

- Project Management experience.
- Change Management experience.
- 10+ years of people leadership.
