Business Process Improvement Analyst

About the role

The Opportunity Avantor is seeking a Business Process Improvement Analyst for the Visalia, CA site. The Business Process Improvement Analyst works independently under close supervision, executes the continuous improvement strategy and approach by translating business objectives into actionable projects. Engages with other departments to sustain, improve, and streamline all processes with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. As part of the Business Process Improvement Team, supervises change agents and team members on small project tasks. This position is located onsite in Visalia, CA.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead and/or participate in Lean continuous improvement events related to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost/Efficiency.
• Conduct Process Audits, Safety Gembas and Waste Walks across DC network.
