Business Process Designer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Designer to drive key process transformation and systems integration projects within our Technology Services group. In this role, you will analyze, map, and optimize complex intercompany workflows, bridging the gap between business operations and enterprise technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Map existing operational workflows and design standardized future-state intercompany business processes.
• Gather detailed business requirements and convert them into clear functional specs for technical integration teams.
• Partner with enterprise architects and key stakeholders to align business process designs with technology strategy.
• Identify process bottlenecks, risk areas, and opportunities for automation to drive organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process design, workflow modeling, and process architecture.
• Proven experience working on enterprise-scale software implementations and system integrations.
• Strong expertise using process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay & Schedule

• Contract position
• Pay rate: $77.59 - $80.00 per hour
• Work hours: 8am to 5pm
• Location: St. Louis, Missouri
