Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation guiding implementation.
- Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases meeting process and functional needs.
- Participate in user and task analysis to represent business requirements effectively.
- Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems applying across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Collections Management (recommended).
- Advanced proficiency in Application Architecture Design, Business Process Design, Quality Assurance (QA), and SAP FSCM Dispute Management (suggested).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience.
