Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation guiding implementation.
  • Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases meeting process and functional needs.
  • Participate in user and task analysis to represent business requirements effectively.
  • Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems applying across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Collections Management (recommended).
  • Advanced proficiency in Application Architecture Design, Business Process Design, Quality Assurance (QA), and SAP FSCM Dispute Management (suggested).

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience.
