Job Summary

Serve as a technical subject matter expert in ERP, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing architecture, enterprise architecture, technology standards, and architecture governance.
Act as a thought leader in business process management, process excellence, and process metrics.
Analyze emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.

Business Process Management & Center of Excellence

Design, build, and lead an enterprise wide Business Process Management Center of Excellence (CoE)
Establish BPM frameworks, standards, tools, and best practices, and deploy them across value chains
Lead teams of process architects and practitioners, with matrixed ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and solution architects

Strategy, Governance & Standards

Partner with business leaders and IT Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to understand business strategy and define ERP, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing technology strategy
Develop, govern, and maintain architecture artifacts, including reference architectures, blueprints, and patterns
Lead Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and ensure consistent adoption of architecture standards
Govern technology lifecycles and evaluate vendor technical capabilities within the ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and BPM domains

Solution Architecture & Delivery

Enable enterprise wide solutions in response to business and IT requests, defining foundational frameworks and patterns
Lead architecture and solution discussions involving ERP, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing dependencies
Guide cross-functional project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, partnering with product and solution architects to ensure architectural integrity
Resolve architectural and technical disputes and drive consensus across stakeholders

Collaboration & Influence

Facilitate cross-functional discussions across IT and business teams to support key initiatives
Represent Architecture and IT in discussions with vendors, partners, and third parties
Provide technical leadership as needed on complex, cross-functional ERP, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing initiatives
Support leadership with technical performance assessments and executive ready recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 10 years of experience in technology architecture and/or ERP, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing domains
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise and technology architecture functions and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Demonstrated experience developing ERP, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing enterprise architectures, reference architectures, patterns, and blueprints
  • Strong experience with business process management tools and techniques (e.g., Signavio, Celonis, SAP Process Mining)
  • Proven ability to develop and leverage business process models for capability based planning, standardization, and rationalization
  • Experience with cloud based platforms and AI/ML technologies (preferred)
  • Broad understanding of IoT, automation, process modeling, orchestration, and execution technologies
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and resolving architectural disputes
  • Experience architecting enterprise wide solutions as a solution, infrastructure, or information architect
