Responsibilities
- Analyze and design new business processes to create documentation guiding the implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements.
- Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive process maps and documentation to support implementation efforts.
- Conduct regular reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of new technologies.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in business process management.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Management.
- Beginner proficiency in Agile Project Management, Pharmacy Benefits Management, and Agile Product Management.
- Intermediate proficiency in Drools Rules Engine.
Qualifications
- Must-have skills: Kogito, Spring boot, Angular UI.
- Nice-to-have skills: PBM.
- Years of experience: 3 years.
