About the role
This position supports the Chief of Program Support and Director's Action Group (DAG) in managing program office-level processes and products central to business and acquisition operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute SPO training program for over 50 Government employees.
- Collaborate with customer Chief of Program Support to process routine and out-of-cycle updates to the SPO Program Management Plan (PMP).
- Affiliate with responsible offices with maintenance of existing and creation of new SPO Operational Instructions.
- Facilitate permissions management on mail groups, web sites, and shared drives.
- Facilitate procurement of management information/IT hardware, software, and services to maintain continuous SPO operations.
- Plan and organize quarterly SPO all hands forum.
- Serve as backup to DAG lead in receipt, tracking, coordination, and submission of TIER taskings.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years or more of related experience; Master's degree and 8 years or more experience; PhD and 5 years related experience.
- Knowledge of NRO organizational structures and NRO processes/policies.
- Excellent critical thinking and organization skills with ability to plan, track, and maintain due dates for multiple taskers and products central to SPO business processes.
- Strong attention to detail and exemplary writing and editing skills.
- Ability to comfortably manage multiple tasks/projects/processes of varying complexity while anticipating schedule conflicts and deliver on commitments on-time.
- Ability to work collaboratively with personnel from multiple functions and at all levels of the customer organization.
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Superior judgement and tact in complex, sensitive, and/or contentious situations.
Qualifications
