Business Process Analyst: Level 2

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Business Process Analyst: Level 2 to join an education technology & publishing company in Ohio, OH. This is a 2-month contract with a potential for extension. Pay: $35.00 - $41.96/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Description: Process Discovery & MappingConduct working sessions with stakeholders to understand current processesDocument end-to-end current state processes including decision points, systems, inputs and outputsUtilize tools like Lucid chart to create detailed process maps, including swim lanes to visually represent workflows and responsibilities across teams or departmentsIdentify process variations across teams, segments, or functionsProcess Analysis & ImprovementIdentify bottlenecks, unclear ownership, duplicated effort, manual work, and process gapsEvaluate opportunities to simplify and standardize processesPartner with stakeholders to develop future-state process recommendationsHighlight opportunities for automation, improved reporting, or stronger process governanceDocumentationCreate standardized process documentationMaintain an organized repository of process maps and supporting documentationCross-Functional CommunicationCollaborate with multiple areas of the organization to document processes related to our Enterprise SystemServe as a liaison between departments to ensure accurate and efficient workflowsComfortable leading meetings with stakeholders to document process Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Individuals with Industrial Engineering like backgrounds would be ideal.3 years' experience Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
