About the role

Sentinel is seeking a Business Process Analyst for their client. The ideal candidate will evaluate, design, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives. They will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to document current workflows, identify gaps, and implement process improvements using data analysis and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and optimize existing business processes
Document current workflows and identify inefficiencies
Implement process improvements with support from data analysis and technology solutions
Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to align processes with business objectives

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or Information Systems
Experience in analyzing database hardware and software to identify inefficiencies and risks
Technical knowledge of current programming languages (RESTful APIs and web services)
Knowledge of network and PC operating systems
Experience with Excel and Power BI
Experience with Smartsheets or similar project management software, and importing data into report software
Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
A current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
A current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
Ability to travel between locations and transport equipment

Benefits

The role is a 3-month contract with the possibility of conversion to full-time, fully onsite employment at the client’s location in Tucson, AZ. Weekly competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits are offered. Additional benefits may vary based on assignment.

Pay and Schedule

The pay rate is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications. The schedule is flexible and will be discussed during the interview process.
