About the role

The Business Process Analyst will join the supplier onboarding team supporting Koch companies. Key responsibilities include onboard suppliers through various platforms, ensuring sound financial controls, maintaining accurate Vendor Master Data, reviewing and validating supplier information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard suppliers through dedicated platforms
  • Ensure sound financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of Vendor Master Data in multiple ERP systems
  • Review and validate information and supporting documentation provided by the supplier (Tax ID, bank details) in accordance with internal financial controls
  • Work cross-functionally and build trusted partnerships with procurement, finance, 3rd party suppliers, operations, & IT to bring optimal solutions to the supplier enablement team

Requirements

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and team members across all levels of the organization
  • Experience prioritizing and working with detailed and time-sensitive tasks
  • Proactive and initiative-taking to identify and drive process improvements
  • Able and willing to challenge the status quo

Qualifications

  • Accounting, finance, or other types of financial or procurement professional experience
  • Previous experience with supplier master data and/or supplier onboarding
  • Experience understanding and working within internal financial control processes
  • Proven ability to identify and leverage data-driven insights to improve process efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive business results
  • Curiosity and proficiency in using AI-powered tools to automate routine tasks, enhance productivity, and identify process improvement opportunities
