Business Process Analyst

Role Overview: The Business Process Analyst is responsible for implementing and optimizing processes related to the S4/HANA platform, focusing on “Analyze to Decide” (A2D) functions including product costing, variance analysis, management accounting, and reporting. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to test, design, and deploy process solutions that improve data accuracy and support informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of A2D processes and support global template design and reporting standards.Communication: Engage stakeholders, capture user needs, develop dashboards, and address local concerns.Design & Implementation: Translate requirements into process solutions, identify automation opportunities in S/4HANA, and manage module setup ensuring integration with SAP components like FI/CO and MM.Testing & Deployment: Coordinate system migration testing, facilitate smooth deployment of the global template, and provide post-launch support.Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements and resolve issues post-implementation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance with 5-10 years’ experience in Product Costing, Variance Analysis, Project or Management Accounting, or FP&A.Hands-on experience with S/4HANA projects, especially in finance processes like Controlling.Experience with SAP end-user operations, site controlling, and familiar tools like JIRA, Confluence, Kneat, or Signavio (desired).Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of leading process improvements in dynamic environments.
