Business Process Analyst
About the role
Refresco, the world’s largest independent bottler for Retail and A-brands, operating in Europe, North America, and Australia with over 75 plants and approximately 13,000 employees, is seeking two Business Process Analysts for its Italian Business Unit to join the IT Team. Responsibilities
- Assist users with routine ERP usage.
- Draft project documentation and internal procedures.
- Support internal clients in transforming new needs into solutions within existing applications.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
- Gather change requirements and assess impact on existing solutions.
- Maintain functional domain knowledge of relevant applications.
- Execute change management processes according to internal and Group policies.
- Collaborate with departments to support service transition before and after go-live of changes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business requirements gathering, functional documentation, and process analysis in logistics, finance, or production.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Preferably holds a diploma in IT or management.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and relational skills in a matrix organization with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally nationwide.
- Must be able to reach work sites in Caslino al Piano (CO) and Lainate (MI) by car.
