About the role
Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Business Process Analyst to join the Warehousing Management System Integration team. This role supports the implementation of a new Warehousing Management System (Manhattan WMS) with integrations to internal systems (ERPLN/SAP, CMES, KITS) across BCA Assembly and Installation warehouses. The position is based in either Renton or Everett, WA, and requires onsite support at both locations.
Responsibilities
- Form and effectively lead cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Manhattan WMS functionality and its integration with host systems (ERPLN/SAP, CMES, KITS) to provide pre- and post-implementation support, including system configuration, user acceptance testing, associate training, functionality roll-outs, and system audits.
- Present analysis to senior managers and the executive leadership team.
- Provide solutions to complex business scenarios within the WMS space.
- Develop and implement standards and roadmaps for new processes and systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the introduction of new tools and techniques.
- Ensure organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements, and governmental regulations.
- Contract with customers and/or charter projects, design process workshops based on customer requirements and objectives, and build trust with end users.
- Ensure accurate deliverables, maintain results, and communicate outcomes to all participants.
- Participate in training site trainers on the use and maintenance of the Manhattan WMS system and assist in developing standard operating procedures.
- Benchmark or assist in benchmarking best practices and industry standards; present best practices at internal events.
- Facilitate development of business cases and prepare work estimates for assigned tasks using cost-benefit analysis.
- Communicate with information technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements, activities, and status.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Warehouse Management Systems.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems or similar software solutions; Manhattan platform experience preferred.
- Experience with business intelligence or data warehousing development.
- Advanced understanding of the software development life cycle, UAT, and end-user training.
Qualifications
- Experience in training/facilitation, Manhattan WMS, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, or other Supply Chain systems.
- Boeing experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Demonstrated presentation skills for multiple audiences, including executive leadership.
Schedule
This position has variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) depending on business needs. The chosen candidate must be available to work any of these shifts.
Pay
Summary pay range: $95,200 - $105,280, based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
