Responsibilities

  • Maintain and utilize business intelligence tools across company applications
  • Oversee the optimization of Salesforce solutions to support business objectives
  • Administer the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce solutions
  • Track and resolve PROD issues in a timely manner
  • Oversee the Support Tickets and provide support to L1 Team in resolving cases
  • Handle user and license management, security settings, and integrate third-party tools like PeopleGlass.ai/Sales.ai
  • Design and build business intelligence automation systems (flows, approval processes) to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Orchestrate seamless Salesforce releases, including testing, deployment strategies, and enhancement implementation
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, and reports
  • Ensure data integrity through validation rules and maintain clean records
  • Train and mentor users across departments to enhance their Salesforce experience and maximize utilization
  • Optimize business workflows, dashboards, and leverage tools like Einstein Bots for enhanced automation and customer interactions
  • Drive efficiency and business success through continuous Salesforce enhancements and improvements
  • Build reports and dashboards to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management

Qualifications

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.

Required skills

  • Administering Salesforce solutions and applications
  • Configuring security and access permissions
  • Web technologies: HTML5 and CSS3
  • Data migration and integration
  • MS SQL server and SQL
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Salesforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud configuration and administration

Experience may be gained through graduate-level coursework, research, or internship experience.
