Business Planning Administrator

As a Business Planning Administrator, you will manage KPIs for North American plants, identify operational issues, and assist management in devising action plans.
Responsibilities
- Priority One - 40%
- Communicate and identify current agenda and open issues about plant operations (production, quality, part shortages, etc.).
- Assist Kia NA management with devising action plans.
- Execute problem-solving skills to provide remedies for production issues/constraints and draft summary reports.
- Priority Two - 30%
- Create and submit North American plants' daily performance reports on major KPIs, including production, shipment, inventory, allocation, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop KPI tracking reports (model/region/engine) to monitor production/shipment performance of Kia NA plants.
- Priority Three - 15%
- Support the Business Strategy group with ad-hoc and/or administrative tasks as required by management, including data analysis/reporting, market research, and collaborating between departments.
- Priority Four - 15%
- Conduct market, industry, and policy research:
- Research and summarize North American competitor production strategies, EV programs, and battery investment trends.
- Monitor U.S. government tariffs, regulations, and policy developments that may impact business operations.
- Provide structured benchmarking materials for management reference.

- Personally Performed Duties
- Provide regular reports to management on Kia NA production/shipment and forecast orders in a timely manner with accuracy.
- Assist with executive-level meeting/presentation materials.
- Provide ad-hoc support as required by management.
- Work outside of regular work hours and/or during weekends/holidays to communicate/collaborate with management/Korea HQ if necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business administration, manufacturing, statistics, finance, or supply chain management.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management and ability to collaborate with other departments.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English (bilingual).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay
Pay Range: $77,105.26 - $100,226.82. Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Full Time. Expected to work outside of regular work hours and/or during weekends/holidays to communicate/collaborate with management/Korea HQ if necessary.
