Business Performance Manager

We are seeking a Business Performance Manager to support complex project and program execution across the Technology and Data Portfolio for a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. The role focuses on project controls, financial tracking, and integrated planning, partnering closely with project managers and stakeholders to maintain visibility into budgets, forecasts, schedules, and risks. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who can strengthen governance, reporting, and continuous process improvement in a highly matrixed environment.

Location: Remote – U.S. based candidates only (no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects and initiatives across the Technology and Data Portfolio.
• Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules for complex programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare monthly project controls reports summarizing project status.
• Build partnerships with project managers and stakeholders.
• Advocate for process improvements in project controls.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, EVP, or PSP preferred.

Pay

Compensation: $104,754 – $141,727 annually.
