Business Performance Analyst

We're looking for experienced Business Analysts to lead and mentor a team of content specialists creating high-quality, business-focused material that trains the next generation of AI models. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep expertise in business analysis or consulting, a track record of leading teams, and a commitment to analytical excellence.

About the role

• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training content
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine processes to improve team efficiency
• Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and insights
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, and more

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content development, or domain-focused project work
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Ability to provide structured feedback, detailed annotations, and actionable guidance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or content assessment workflows
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation as an end user
