Business Performance Analyst

No prior AI experience required — your business expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing structured, business-focused AI training content
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews across team deliverables — refining processes and raising the bar on accuracy and rigor
• Provide constructive feedback, hands-on coaching, and ongoing performance development to team members
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates and maintaining alignment with project goals
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and domain-specific content across areas like finance, economics, policy, and e-commerce
• Bring subject matter expertise in MBA-relevant domains to ensure all outputs are analytically sound and logically coherent

Requirements

• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content development, or domain-focused project work
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Strong research, analytical, and structured thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or content assessment workflows
• Background in case study writing, academic content, or research-based analysis
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation as an end user
