Business Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator

BBB Oklahoma is growing, and we're looking for a Business Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to help strengthen our presence across Eastern Oklahoma. This role involves attending events, meeting with business leaders, and expanding partnerships that support Oklahoma's business community.

Responsibilities

• Represent BBB Oklahoma at networking events, chamber programs, community meetings, and business functions
• Build relationships with Accredited Businesses, chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, and community partners
• Identify partnership, speaking, educational, and event opportunities that increase BBB's visibility and impact
• Help create welcoming experiences at BBB events by connecting people and fostering engagement
• Support statewide collaborative initiatives and strengthen BBB's role as a trusted community partner

Qualifications

• Experience in community engagement, partnership development, business development, chamber relations, nonprofit work, hospitality, sales, public affairs, or a related field
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Experience coordinating events, programs, or community initiatives preferred
• Knowledge of Eastern Oklahoma's business landscape is a plus
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Eastern Oklahoma

Pay

$45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
