Business Operations & Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Business Operations & Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and strategy, supporting the organization’s most important business decisions. You will partner closely with senior leaders to solve operational challenges, improve core workflows, and build scalable systems that increase speed and accuracy. The position also includes developing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled processes that strengthen decision-making across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders across departments to address operational challenges Design and build tools and automation for reusable workflows Map and improve data flows and processes across business systems Develop AI-enabled workflows to enhance speed and accuracy Create analytics solutions for better decision-making Maintain detailed documentation for processes and changes Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement Qualifications 3+ years in integration engineering, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar roles Strong judgment in one or more of the defined domains Technical proficiency in APIs and modern business systems Experience in analytical roles with fluency in unit economics and margin mechanics Ability to build models and tools independently, knowing when to involve engineering Strong written and verbal communication skills, including with senior leadership Benefits Opportunity to work with innovative technology in healthcare A vibrant and growing organization recognized in SaaS Hands-on involvement in strategic business operations Work directly with senior leadership Encouragement for personal style of problem solving and creativity Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
