Business Operations Senior Associate, Institutional

Responsibilities

• Structure and analyze complex strategic problems for executive leadership
• Create business cases and financial models to inform strategic product decisions
• Develop insights into competitive positioning and evolving market dynamics in the crypto space
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impacts on products
• Oversee the entire problem-solving process, from analysis to implementation
• Enhance team efficiency by optimizing processes and operational tools

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy with end-to-end ownership of strategic projects
• Experience in building quantitative models and business cases that inform executive decisions
• Knowledge of institutional finance, capital markets, or digital asset markets is essential
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or crypto analytics is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to harness generative AI to improve workflow efficiency while ensuring human oversight
