Business Operations Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Translate highly ambiguous, complex business questions into structured, evidence-backed narratives.
• Own the creation of founder-ready analysis, board decks, and company-wide presentations that drive rapid executive decision-making.
• Serve as the ultimate custodian of the team's data hygiene.
• Write optimized SQL queries, conduct deep root-cause analysis on core business metrics, and build high-quality BI dashboards that function as Félix's single source of truth.
• Bridge the gap between traditional business reporting and advanced AI capabilities by structuring and translating data into formats optimized for AI consumption.
• Own and maintain the company OKR scoreboard, using data to flag goal slippage or cross-functional risks early.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and design immediate, actionable solutions before they escalate.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in high-growth startups, management consulting, investment banking, or specialized BizOps roles.
• Series A–C experience is a significant plus.
• Strategic Problem Framing: Structured, first-principles thinker who knows how to frame a complex problem, not just answer a pre-defined question.
• Data Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to craft executive-level decks and compelling data narratives.
• Analytical Rigor: You are a "Power User" of SQL and Excel. You don't just report data; you derive insights that change the course of the business. Comfortable working directly with data to define metrics, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize where the focus should be based on impact.
• A background in Engineering (Industrial, Process, etc.) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards within a modern BI stack.
• True Operator & Extreme Ownership: You don’t just analyze problems; you take full ownership of solving them. You are a relentless doer who drives ambiguous challenges from initial framing through to final execution.
