The Business Operations Senior Associate role is offered by a partner company managing all applications and next steps. 1. Supporting strategic planning and operational initiatives
2. Identifying opportunities, developing recommendations, and improving business performance
3. Building quantitative analyses, financial models, and business cases to guide strategic decisions
4. Translating market trends and competitive intelligence into recommendations that strengthen product and go-to-market strategies
5. Designing and executing experiments to validate hypotheses and drive improvements across institutional products
6. Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and analysis through recommendation and implementation
7. Improving operational processes, frameworks, and tools to increase team effectiveness and decision-making capabilities
8. Communicating insights clearly through executive presentations, written recommendations, and stakeholder discussions

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or business operations with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product strategy, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience owning strategic projects and delivering recommendations from analysis through execution
• Strong quantitative modeling skills with experience building business cases that influence leadership decisions
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through concise written materials and executive-level presentations
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, financial technology, or digital asset markets
• Experience using SQL, business intelligence tools such as Hex, Superset, or Looker, or crypto analytics platforms such as Dune Analytics and Etherscan is a plus
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity
• Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and business outcomes
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships across product, sales, operations, and leadership teams
