The Business Operations Senior Associate role is offered by a partner company managing all applications and next steps. This position is based in the United States and involves working on high-impact strategic initiatives within a fast-moving financial technology environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting strategic planning and operational initiatives
- Identifying opportunities, developing recommendations, and improving business performance
- Building quantitative analyses, financial models, and business cases to guide strategic decisions
- Translating market trends and competitive intelligence into recommendations that strengthen product and go-to-market strategies
- Designing and executing experiments to validate hypotheses and drive improvements across institutional products
- Own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and analysis through recommendation and implementation
- Improving operational processes, frameworks, and tools to increase team effectiveness and decision-making capabilities
- Communicating insights clearly through executive presentations, written recommendations, and stakeholder discussions
Requirements
- Experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or business operations with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product strategy, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience owning strategic projects and delivering recommendations from analysis through execution
- Strong quantitative modeling skills with experience building business cases that influence leadership decisions
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly through concise written materials and executive-level presentations
- Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, financial technology, or digital asset markets
- Experience using SQL, business intelligence tools such as Hex, Superset, or Looker, or crypto analytics platforms such as Dune Analytics and Etherscan is a plus
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, quality, and business outcomes
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships across product, sales, operations, and leadership teams
