Responsibilities

  • Support GTM Teams: Handle ad hoc operational requests, including reporting updates, data corrections, and process clarifications.
  • Maintain Data Quality: Perform routine data hygiene tasks, monitor system health, and ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Document & Improve Processes: Update SOPs, maintain knowledge base articles, and suggest improvements to reduce recurring issues.
  • Support Operational Rhythms: Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, forecasting, and pipeline reviews.
  • Lead end-to-end operational analytics: Collaborate across sales, finance, and customer success functions, integrating data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal systems to drive decision-making.
  • Built and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting: Create executive views in Tableau, delivering real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Create advanced Excel models: (pivot tables, Power Query, financial forecasting, scenario analysis) to support strategic planning and business reviews.
  • Optimize Salesforce data structure and reporting: Support GTM forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and sales productivity metrics.
  • Automated recurring reporting: Improve processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data integrity across systems.
  • Create standardized reporting frameworks: Align and document data processed and outputs to ensure consistency, governance, and audit readiness.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership: Support GTM organization and influence strategic initiatives and operational priorities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related GTM support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including navigation, reporting, troubleshooting, and basic data management.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
  • US Citizen
