The Enterprise Support team is hiring a Business Operations builder to support business operations for field teams, driving operational cadences, business performance, and productivity while championing internal customer needs.

Key job responsibilities

• Manages business planning on behalf of assigned field teams and key stakeholders
• Owns execution of Geo/Area planning, productivity improvements, site and level mix planning, headcount planning, goals planning, and operational target setting and budgeting
• Maintains deep knowledge of operations tools including Quicksight and Excel
• Monitors and applies controllership to variable headcount plans to minimize business risks and maximize opportunities
• Applies judgment on health of the business and influences related management decisions
• Dives deep to inspect and scrutinize large data sets to mitigate business risk and downstream impacts
• Toggles between tactical actions and longer-term initiatives, projects, and planning activities
• Proactively works with stakeholders to identify business needs and design and implement solutions
• Maintains working knowledge of data available or needed for complex or comparative analysis
• Drafts written and verbal communication for management and cross-functional settings

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
• Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience
• Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

Pay

• USA, NY, New York: $96,900.00 - $169,500.00 USD annually
• USA, VA, Arlington: $88,100.00 - $154,100.00 USD annually
