Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main point of contact for the WHQ Operations team to our Clients and Operational counterparts within our Warehouse Partner Network
• Displays a mastery of the client’s business through a holistic review of: Delivering on core services, inventory accountability, workflow management, and project management
• Committed to driving Clarity through excellent communication and problem solving
• Works collaboratively with teammates to find Innovative ways to drive Clarity and Growth for the client & WHQ’s business
