Business Operations Manager
What You'll Be Doing
Propose designs & development and maintenance of processes and tools to support interval & external customer service levels and operational KPIs are met.
Promotes technical support on set up & Implementation of new customer and services engagements.
Provides timely communication and escalates issues and works resolutions.
Supports implementation and drives documentation and reporting of key metrics and results.

Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff
Works independently
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home
Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree;
or 6 years and an advanced degree;
or equivalent experience.
Pay
Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $102,900.00 - $150,700.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
