About the role

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels, and more. Our mission is to save customers time, money, and reduce waste by providing quick, efficient repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Purchasing Supplies & Materials (Amazon, Home Depot, SE Orders, etc)
  • Invoice Preparation & Submission (Contacts, Work Description, Before/After Photos)
  • Accounts Receivable Support
  • Customer Contact Information Database Management (Vonigo & Quo)
  • Repair Photo Database Management (CompanyCam)
  • Large Project & Warranty Partner Support (ABG, Kohler, New Construction, etc)
  • Business Compliance Management
  • Vehicle Info & Maintenance Management
  • Aid in Developing & Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Techs, & Service Center to manage and optimize Repair Technicians' schedules
  • Communicate with customers to plan and confirm repair dates/times
  • Create & Send Quotes
  • Customer Follow-up & Miscellaneous Communication
  • Occasional Outside Sales (Scheduled Walk-thrus & Meetings)
  • Identify, Implement, & Document Solutions to Improve Business Methods and Processes
  • Prioritize Customer Relationships & Customer Service
  • Goal-Oriented, Self-Starters, & Energetic
  • Licensed to operate a passenger car & have a clean driving record
  • Professional, Caring, & Service-Minded

  • Tech-Fluent - Comfortable with QuickBooks, CRM Tools, Mobile Apps (CompanyCam, Quo, etc), Microsoft Office

Requirements

  • Flexible Work Schedule

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in inventory management and customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
