Candescent is seeking a Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for transforming client environments through strategic planning, implementation, and support.

• Develop and execute transformation plans to improve client processes and systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals, and design solutions to meet those objectives.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on new technologies and best practices.
• Support clients during the implementation phase, ensuring successful transition to new systems and processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform and enhance transformation efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology consulting, transformation management, and project management. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT consulting or transformation management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor others, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
