About the role

This is a true early-stage generalist seat for someone who wants to own logistics, build process from scratch, and grow alongside the company.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate team events and customer dinners, often multiple per month
  • Manage contracts and general administrative work
  • Support the people function and day-to-day office operations
  • Build lightweight processes that scale as the team grows
  • Take on ownership of work that falls between the cracks as the company expands

Requirements

  • Highly organized self-starter who can independently figure out logistics and execute
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
  • Agency and a genuine willingness to own the unglamorous work that keeps a team running

Bonus

  • Experience supporting business operations, recruiting, or chief-of-staff-type work
  • A non-traditional background is welcome
