About the role
This is a true early-stage generalist seat for someone who wants to own logistics, build process from scratch, and grow alongside the company.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate team events and customer dinners, often multiple per month
- Manage contracts and general administrative work
- Support the people function and day-to-day office operations
- Build lightweight processes that scale as the team grows
- Take on ownership of work that falls between the cracks as the company expands
Requirements
- Highly organized self-starter who can independently figure out logistics and execute
- Strong people and communication skills
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- Agency and a genuine willingness to own the unglamorous work that keeps a team running
Bonus
- Experience supporting business operations, recruiting, or chief-of-staff-type work
- A non-traditional background is welcome
