About the role

The role is to help shape the frameworks, systems, and processes that keep Rilla moving at the speed we're known for. You'll work directly with leadership and embed yourself across engineering, product, sales, and go-to-market to solve problems that don't have clean answers.

Responsibilities

• Get embedded in teams across Rilla such as engineering, product, sales, GTM to understand how they work, find what's slowing them down, and build the structure to fix it
• Turn messy, manual, or missing processes into systems that scale
• Implement and manage tools that keep every team operating at peak performance (think CRMs, dashboards, automation)
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and create solutions that improve efficiency company-wide
• Oversee systems access management, granting and revoking permissions as needed

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, finance, or other analytical/strategy roles
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; mastery of Excel/Sheets modeling
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-technical audiences
• High ownership, low ego, and willingness to work across both high-stakes strategic projects and detailed execution
• Comfort in fast-changing, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly

Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRMs, workflow automation tools, or business intelligence platforms
• Exposure to early-stage or high-growth startups where you've had to build from scratch
• You've fixed something that wasn't technically your problem to fix
