Design and implement scalable processes across GTM (revops, customer success), finance, recruiting, and core operations
Build the financial models and metrics that help shape decision-making
Create dashboards and reporting infrastructure for the company
Develop materials for leadership presentations and external partnerships
Drive cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion

Requirements

• 2–4 years of work experience
• Strong academics, early startup experience, or a history of solving complex problems with limited resources
• Act before being asked, fixing issues promptly
• Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without missing deadlines
• Analytically strong, capable of building financial dashboards or figuring out how to build one
• Knows when to dive deep and when to ship something good enough
• Turns ambiguous problems into clear next steps
• A concise, direct communicator who simplifies rather than complicates things
• Comfortable working alongside engineers, picking up technical context quickly

Qualifications

• Background in biology or life sciences
• Experience scaling operations at an early-stage startup (tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, Claude)
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
