What You Will Do
The Business Operations Associate II supports strategic and operational initiatives by coordinating projects, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely execution of key business objectives. This role serves as a cross-functional partner, assisting with project planning, tracking deliverables, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data to support decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on operational performance.
- Track project metrics and report on project outcomes and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years database analysis experience (SQL, ACL, PPT, Access)
- Proficient in Excel
Qualifications
- Revenue Cycle Experience
- Understanding of Healthcare KPI
