Nebraska Health Imaging is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and confident Business Office Specialist I to join our patient-focused team. Schedule options

  • Full-Time Evening Closer
    • Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM–10:00 PM | Benefits Eligible
    • Start your day later and help keep the center running smoothly through the end of the day.
    • Includes evening shift differential pay and quarterly bonus opportunities.
  • Part-Time Flex Evening – Benefits Eligible
    • Part-Time Flex | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–10:00 PM | Benefits Eligible
    • Ideal for those who prefer later hours and want benefits without a full-time commitment.
    • Includes evening shift differential pay and quarterly bonus opportunities.
  • Part-Time Evening – Rotation
    • Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–10:00 PM | 2–3 Evenings Per Week | Not Benefits Eligible
    • Predictable two-week rotation: Week 1 (Monday–Wednesday), Week 2 (Thursday–Friday).
    • Includes evening shift differential pay.

Responsibilities

  • Patient registration and check-in
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Phone support and excellent customer service
  • Supporting the team throughout the day and helping keep the center organized
  • Assisting with closing procedures and ensuring smooth end-of-day operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurate and concise documentation skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office, and Teams
