As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee the business operations of the community while building relationships with residents, families, associates, and fellow leaders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to balance multiple priorities while delivering a warm, hospitality-driven experience. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day business office operations, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.Supervise and support the Front Desk team to ensure a welcoming resident and visitor experiencePartner with the Executive Director and leadership team to support community goals and operational successBuild positive relationships with residents and families while assisting with questions and concernsManage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailContinuously look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies What We're Looking For Strong accounting, bookkeeping, or business office management experiencePrevious experience in a senior living community is a plus.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentLeadership or supervisory experienceExcellent organizational, communication, and computer skillsA service-minded professional who enjoys connecting with residents and supporting othersAbility to remain positive, flexible, and solutions-focused when challenges arise Why Senior Star?
