We are currently looking for a full time Business Office Manager/HR to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance, and Managed Insurances processes including Medicaid applications, documentation requirements, Medicare practices and Insurance Authorization processes.
  • Knowledge of PCC is a plus.
  • Manage the Resident Fund Management System.
  • Direct Communication with the Billing Company regarding all Accounts Receivable accounts.
  • Supervisory and healthcare billing experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in accounting, healthcare administration or business management or high school diploma with at least 2 years of business office experience may be substituted of degree requirement.
  • Supervisory and healthcare billing experience preferred.
  • Two-year degree in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • Software proficiency; working knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office is required.
  • Experience utilizing Point Click Care software is a plus!
  • Must possess solid mathematical skills, strong organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
  • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
  • Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
  • Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.

Qualifications

Experience as office manager in healthcare setting preferred.

Skills

  • Effective and succinct communication, written and oral with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
