You will also supervise business office staff and play a key role in maintaining financial and regulatory compliance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in skilled nursing billing and business office operations requiredAt least 1 year in a long-term care setting preferredKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes and collectionsExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
