The Business Office Manager provides day-to-day management of the business office staff and plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the business office operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Maintain the highest standards of patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Five years’ supervisory experience in a medical setting; hospital, surgery center; physician’s office
- Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer-automated accounting systems
- Experience working with different types of third-party papers including HOM, PPO and Medicare/Medicaid, etc.
- Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptivity to change, creativity, and innovation
