Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience supervising, coordinating, and performing business office functions.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Hire, train, coach, and terminate employees as needed.
- Manage daily operations of the Business Office, including managing budgets, records, and other tasks.
- Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for each resident.
- Maintain vital statistics within the facility (census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, etc).
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivables collection process.
- Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported.
What You Need To Make a Difference
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant experience working in a long-term care environment.
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
