Business Office Manager
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's parse the posting.
First line: "Monarch Healthcare Management Benefits Include UKG Wallet - get paid the next day!Free Single Medical InsuranceLoan reimbursement.Scholarship OpportunitiesPaid Time Off – Vacation Time401 (k) with annual contribution matchReferral bonusesCareer path to other positions within our growing company!"
That's benefits list. Should be a Benefits section.
Then "Business Office Manager Position Summary The Business Office Manager is primarily responsible for revenue cycle management. This includes but is not limited to accounts payable and receivable, billing, record keeping, data management and information system reports. The Business Office Manager assures accurate and efficient information in accordance with professional accounting practices and government regulations"
That's a prose paragraph.
Then "Responsibilities" heading then bullet list.
Then "Qualifications" heading then bullet list.
Then "About Monarch" paragraph.
We need to include sections only if real content.
Thus sections: Benefits, Position Summary (maybe use heading "About the role"? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" for position summary. Or we could use "Position Summary" but they gave examples; but they said use those as examples, not strict. Probably better to use "About the role". However they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can use "About the role". That seems fine.
Responsibilities heading: "Responsibilities".
Qualifications heading: "Qualifications".
About Monarch heading: maybe "About Monarch" or "About the company". They gave examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Not about company. But we can still use a heading; they didn't forbid other headings. They said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we can use those headings; but we can also use other meaningful headings? Safer to stick to those. For company description, maybe we can put under "About the role"? No. Could use "About Monarch" as a heading but not in list; risk. However they said "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." implies examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings as needed. I'll use "About Monarch".
Now benefits: need to parse the benefits string: "Monarch Healthcare Management Benefits Include UKG Wallet - get paid the next day!Free Single Medical InsuranceLoan reimbursement.Scholarship OpportunitiesPaid Time Off – Vacation Time401 (k) with annual contribution matchReferral bonusesCareer path to other positions within our growing company!"
It seems missing spaces. We need to split into items: UKG Wallet - get paid the next day!; Free Single Medical Insurance; Loan reimbursement.; Scholarship Opportunities; Paid Time Off – Vacation Time; 401 (k) with annual contribution match; Referral bonuses; Career path to other positions within our growing company!
We should clean punctuation: maybe keep as is.
We'll create - for each.
Now responsibilities: list items after "Responsibilities". They are:
- Accounts Receivable & Collections Management Manage private pay and resident liability accounts through accurate billing, payment posting, bank deposits, dispute resolution, delinquency tracking, statement distribution, and coordination with leadership and collections.
- Medical Assistance Billing & Support Assist families with Medical Assistance applications, submit and reconcile monthly state invoices, respond to denied claims, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for families regarding benefits and coverage.

- Compliance, Customer Service & Professional Conduct Maintain regulatory compliance, resident confidentiality, and accurate records; promote residents’ rights, continuous quality improvement, strong customer service, positive workplace culture, and professional relationships across the facility.
We need each as

- Technical & Financial Knowledge Demonstrated knowledge of accounts receivable, basic accounting practices, insurance and third-party billing, and computerized office systems.
- Communication & Functional Ability Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with staff, coworkers, and upper management; ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Now About Monarch paragraph: The paragraph after "About Monarch". It's: "Monarch Healthcare Management is a mission-driven company that is changing the way short-term rehabilitation and long-term care are delivered. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees."
We need to remove EEO boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate.
