Business Office Manager
About the role
We are seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, one to two years of relevant experience, and one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience. Prior supervisor experience and PCC billing system experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Organize and perform business office functions including accounting, personnel, bookkeeping, secretarial, and medical records.
- Build a positive work culture within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- One to two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting with specific billing/collecting and patient trust accounting experience.
- Prior supervisor experience in a business office setting preferred.
- Prior Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience preferred.
