Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point-of-contact for all HR (Human Resources) and accounting related matters
• Manage the recruitment process in your community, including updates in the ATS, outreach to and screening of candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding process
• Interpret policies and procedures and communicate them to all employees both proactively and in response to questions
• Process A/R and A/P timely
• Process monthly billing statements and answer related questions from residents and families in a timely manner
• Process employee payroll and archive and discard payrolls at the end of each cycle
• Analyze variances in departmental payroll vs. budget
• Gather monthly accruals from department heads
• Produce proposals and presentation packets

Requirements

• 2-year degree in a Business-related field; 4-year degree from an accredited university in a Business-related field preferred
• Excellent organizational skills as well as effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable regarding payroll systems and basic GL and Accounts Payable systems
• 3 years of business office experience with HR and accounting
• Prior Human Resources experience and/or education preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of HRIS system a plus
