Business Manager Surgical and Invasive Cardiology

About the role

The Business Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the financial performance, operational excellence, and growth of the Surgical and Invasive Cardiology service lines. This role partners closely with clinical and physician leaders to optimize access, throughput, quality, safety, patient experience, and margin, while ensuring compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Optimize access, throughput, quality, safety, patient experience, and margin for the Surgical and Invasive Cardiology service lines
• Partner with clinical and physician leaders to achieve these goals
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the service lines
• Plan and manage capital investments for the service lines
• Optimize the revenue cycle for the service lines
• Manage productivity across the service lines
• Drive analytics-driven decision-making for the service lines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, finance, or management
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
