We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections with real content. Need to extract content from posting. Let's parse the posting. Summary: "This position is located at DLA Richmond, Virginia." That's location info. Incentives and Bonuses: "Incentives will not be paid." That's a statement about incentives, not pay? Could be part of Pay/Benefits? It says incentives will not be paid. Could be considered Pay section? But we only include Pay if posting actually states them. It states incentives will not be paid, which is about pay. So we could include a Pay section with that statement. However we need to avoid filler like "not specified". This is specific: "Incentives will not be paid." That's substantive. Duties: a long paragraph with many duties. We need to put them in
  • list. Requirements: includes Conditions of employment list: Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required; meet qualification/eligibility/background; one-year probationary; E-Verify; pre-employment checks; ability to obtain Food Protection Manager Certification within six months; sign NDA; complete Franchise training. Also maybe other requirements? That's it. Qualifications: Resumes must be two pages or less; resumes should clearly demonstrate... A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service Franchise style restaurant (ie. Steakhouse, etc). Minimum two years experience as a General Manager or Kitchen Manager full service Franchise restaurant concept is preferred. Experience MUST be reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered. Education: This job does not have an education qualification requirement. Additional information: Area of Consideration (local within 50-mile radius; includes MSP and ISMP). Manual Application Option (paper application details). PCS Costs not authorized. Allowances and Differentials: This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility. Important Information Regarding Access to Certain Federal Facilities: REAL ID etc. Your Application may be Considered for Multiple Opportunities... Termination of Spouse Employment Preference... Discover Your Path to Success... Working for Army NAF... benefits description. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove things like "Important Information Regarding Access to Certain Federal Facilities", "Your Application may be Considered for Multiple Opportunities", "Termination of Spouse Employment Preference", "Discover Your Path to Success", "Working for Army NAF..." maybe those are not boilerplate? They are more about benefits and general info. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should keep sections like Benefits if they exist. The posting includes a benefits description: "Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for enrollment in health and life insurance, participation in 401k and retirement plans, and paid personal time off and federal holidays. NAF flexible employees... Some flexible employees may also be eligible to receive health insurance. For a slideshow presentation regarding these benefits, please click the Review Our Benefits link below. Review our benefits". That's benefits info. So we should include a Benefits section with that content. Pay section: we have incentives will not be paid; also mention pay-banded system, Sunday premium pay, night differential may be authorized; non-foreign overseas allowances, COLA, differentials will not be paid. That's pay-related. So we can include Pay section summarizing that. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe implied but not separate. We could omit Skills if no specific content. About the role: Could be summary? The posting has "Summary This position is located at DLA Richmond, Virginia." That's location. Could be About the role. We'll treat that as About the role. Responsibilities: Duties. Requirements: Conditions of employment. Qualifications: Education and experience. Benefits: as described. Pay: incentives and pay band etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like location, incentives not paid, duties list, requirements list, qualifications details, benefits details, pay details. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specifics. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

      • Experience MUST be reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered.
    • Education: This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
But note we have nested lists; maybe better to keep flat list. Could restructure: separate items. Simplify:
    • Resumes must be two pages (or less).
    • Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.
    • A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service Franchise style restaurant (ie. Steakhouse, etc); Minimum two years experience as a General Manager or Kitchen Manager full service Franchise restaurant concept is preferred; Experience MUST be reflected on your Resume at the time of application to be considered.
    • Education: This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
    That's okay.

    Benefits

    • Regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for enrollment in health and life insurance, participation in 401k and retirement plans, and paid personal time off and federal holidays.
    • NAF flexible employees, working in the United States or a U.S. citizen or spouse or child of a U.S. citizen working for a NAFI in a foreign area, are eligible to participate in the NAF 401(k) plan.
    • Some flexible employees may also be eligible to receive health insurance.
We could also mention "For a slideshow presentation regarding these benefits, please click the Review Our Benefits link below." but that's application instruction/link; maybe remove as it's instruction. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop that line.

    Pay

    • Incentives will not be paid.
    • This job is part of a pay-banded system.
    • Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
    • Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for boilerplate: we removed things like "Important Information Regarding Access to Certain Federal Facilities", "Your Application may be Considered for Multiple Opportunities", "Termination of Spouse Employment Preference", "Discover Your Path to Success", "Working for Army NAF...". Those are more general info but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Those are not exactly those categories, but they are more like general marketing/info. However they might be considered not substantive to the job? The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information". Are those substantive? They talk about benefits of working for Army NAF, etc. Could be considered substantive but maybe they are more generic. However the benefits section already covers specific benefits; the NAF description may be considered extra but still substantive. However to be safe, we could keep a brief paragraph about NAF benefits? But we already have benefits. The NAF description includes sense of pride, career opportunities, professional development, on-base facilities, etc. That could be considered substantive. But the instruction says remove boilerplate like EEO etc. This is not exactly that. It's more about the organization. Might be okay to keep. However we need to decide. Given the instruction to "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding another section like "About the organization" could be thin. Might be better to omit to keep focused. Thus we will omit those paragraphs. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: Area of Consideration (local within 50-mile radius, MSP, ISMP). That's substantive about eligibility. Should we include that? It's under Additional information. Could be part of Requirements or a separate section like "Eligibility". But we don't have a heading for Eligibility; we could incorporate into Requirements as a bullet. Since Requirements heading is for conditions of employment, we can add bullet about area of consideration. Manual Application Option: that's application instruction; should be removed per instruction (remove application instructions). So drop. PCS Costs Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest. That's substantive about relocation; could be part of Pay or Benefits? It's about costs not authorized. Could be a note under Pay or a separate section like "Relocation". Since we don't have a heading for Relocation, we could add to Pay as bullet: "PCS costs are not authorized." Allowances and Differentials we already covered in Pay. Important Information Regarding Access to Certain Federal
